Interest-bearing foreign currency deposits: Special short-term deposits
US Dollar and Euro interest-bearing deposits in 3-month, 6-month and 1-year intervals as well as one-year AED interest-bearing deposits (currently)
Only Euro, US Dollar, AED and GBP banknotes are accepted for opening foreign currency deposits. As for available and transferable currencies, foreign currency deposits may be opened through the imported foreign payment orders.
Foreign currency deposits with no interests: Interest-free foreign currency (saving) deposits, short-term foreign currency investment deposits

In terms of current foreign currency circulars and regulations

• Interest-bearing deposit:

1- The possibility to pay funds for the original amount and interest of the deposit through cash transfer in form of foreign currency banknotes or payment of equivalent in IRR
2- The possibility to pay IRR equivalent of the fund for original amount and interest of the deposit through the bill (payment order) with an agreed rate
3- The possibility to transfer funds with the origin of payment order in form of foreign payment orders with domestic and international correspondents
4- The possibility to pay banknotes to the deposit through the imported payment order

• Interest-free deposit

1- The possibility to pay IRR equivalent of deposit through the payment order with an agreed rate
2- The possibility to transfer funds with the origin of payment order in form of foreign payment order with domestic and international correspondents
3- The possibility to pay banknotes to the deposit through the imported payment order

The possibility to transfer funds with the origin of payment order ASAP in form of foreign payment order through the correspondent banks
